Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $200
Australian shipping fee on orders under $200 - AUD$15
Free Shipping on all International orders over $350
International shipping fee on orders under $350 - US$30
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Kopper & Zink online delivers domestically within Australia excluding Christmas Island.
Kopper & Zink delivers global locations as per attached DHL shipping list (attachment)
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All goods purchased on kopperandzinkswimwear.com.au will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address;
All Australian deliveries will be made within 2-5 business days via Aus Post
All International deliveries will be made within 5-7 business days via DH
Please Note: Rural areas may add an additional day to delivery timeframes.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Please Note: Once an order has been dispatched, Kopper & Zink is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Kopper & Zink is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact: info@kopperandzinkswim.com within 7 days of receipt to organise an exchange or return.
Returns will not be accepted if contact is made outside this timeframe.
Australian orders must be returned and received by Kopper & Zink within 14 business days after contact.
International orders must be returned and received by Kopper & Zink within 31 business days after contact.
A returns form and address will be provided from the Kopper & Zink customer service team.
The garment must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with garment tags and hygiene liner in place.
Selected sale items and promotional sale periods may be excluded from the returns and exchange policy. To confirm if your desired sale item is returnable please email info@kopperandzinkswim.com prior to purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging fees. We recommend using a registered postal service with tracking details, as Kopper & Zink is not liable for the loss of any product during the return.
Returns will be processed between 3-5 business days upon being received.
Refunds will be issued (excluding original shipping costs) through original payment method via Paypal.
Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be reimbursed unless the item is deemed faulty by a Kopper & Zink representative.
Kopper & Zink reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
EXCHANGE
If customer requests an exchange. The original garment must be returned using the returns policy and a full refund will be given. The new purchase must then be ordered through www.kopperandzinkswim.com
Kopper & Zink is not responsible for returns and repurchase shipping fees, duties or taxes.
Please note: Kopper & Zink cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Kopper & Zink stockist. Items purchased from a Kopper & Zink stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Kopper & Zink cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of www.kopperandzinkswim.com
